A word from our team

The days are getting shorter and darker, but there is no need to give up on your 🇪🇺 dreams. Each EU Agency has an establishment plan. This is a document that dictates how many employees can each EU body have. The Agency strives to fill the establishment plan to maximum capacity (or 100%).

These metrics are evaluated by the European Parliament as of the end of the year (31.12.). Hence, autumn is the last chance for an EU agency to publish a vacancy, run a selection procedure and make a job offer (since an offer is sufficient to categorize a vacancy as filled). Our expectation is an uptick in vacancies closing in the coming week or two.
