Weekly tip from the team

The 3 critical tips from our earlier guide on a Typical EU agency recruitment are:

  1. Apply for extended vacancies: Sometimes the vacancies might be extended due to a lack of applications, and this could indicate a lower point of entry, making it a great opportunity for newcomers. Therefore, candidates should apply even if they feel it is a stretch.

  2. Make your application as clear as possible: It is not always certain that the panel members review every application diligently, and they may miss some critical points. Therefore, it is recommended that candidates make their application as clear as possible and spoon-feed the recruitment panel as much as possible.

  3. Prepare well for written tests: The written test is a crucial part of the selection process, and it is essential to prepare well for it. Candidates should take a minute before answering the first question to look at the points for each question and divide their time and attention to complete the most important questions first. Candidates should also estimate how much time they want to spend on each question and stick to their forecast. Additionally, candidates should leave a few minutes at the end of the test to review their answers.
