A word from our team

Cyprus, which currently holds the EU Council Presidency until June 2026, has laid out an ambitious agenda focused on protecting children online and offline, better managing migration and strengthening water security and energy resilience across Europe. As we reported in earlier issues, the topics of security and defense will be reflected in hiring surges in these areas. Online security for minors might see an uptick too, since that has been one of the spearheads of the previous Danish presidency too. 🚸 Those of us that have children can only support these efforts! ✊

⬇️ Regarding the low list of vacancies this week, since usually they are published for 4 weeks in the EU civil service, you can figure out why we are looking at such slim pickings this week 😉

✍️ If there is a publicly documented issue you would like us to highlight to all our readers, we’d be grateful for your tip. Simply reply to this email.
