🎓️ EPSO asked us to remind you that the Graduate Administrators competition (AD5) is opened until 10 March 2026 at 12:00 (midday) Brussels time! As opposed to the EU agency posts, these large EPSO competitions are rare and few between. This is the best time for young graduates to jump start their careers directly with the European Commission.

To be eligible, candidates must be EU nationals, have a thorough knowledge of one official EU language and satisfactory knowledge of another, and hold a completed university degree of at least three years (diploma awarded no later than 30 September 2026) - no prior professional experience is required!

A word from our team

As you already know very well we focus primarily on EU agency vacancies, because this is where we have the most experience. However, European Commission is conducting the largest recruitment drive in seven years (see more info above).

Candidates taking part in a Graduates competition (administrators, grade AD5) have to pass the following tests: Reasoning tests, EU Knowledge test, Digital skills test and a Written test. These EPSO tests are famously difficult and designed to rank objectively the tens of thousands of applications to a manageable size for the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) to process.

We were contacted by a group of like-minded individuals who have developed EUROPAPP. An online European competition academy focused on practical training that you can access online. Unlike traditional methods, it combines European competition tests, advanced analytics and real simulations, enabling continuous improvement with a clear and efficient approach.

They asked us to inform our subscribers about their product and we agreed, because they share our values of leveling the playing field and helping best candidates enter the EU civil service!
