• The EPSO 2024 diversity survey shows a clear uptick in ethnic self-declaration: 16.8 % of respondents now say they come from a specific ethnic group (vs. 8.8 % in 2021)

• Despite this growth, a large majority (78.5 %) still do not identify with an ethnic minority, highlighting persistent under-representation in the candidate pool

• The results indicate that EPSO’s efforts to increase diversity are gaining some traction, but much work remains to break down barriers to full inclusion in EU civil service recruitment

The Agency for Support for BEREC is hiring a Local Cybersecurity Officer (Contract Agent, FG IV) to lead efforts in cybersecurity risk management, governance, incident response, security awareness & training, as well as monitoring, reporting and collaboration. Advantageous requirements include strong experience in cybersecurity operations or incident response, proven knowledge of governance/compliance frameworks, and excellent communication skills in English.
