In Partnership With
European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) Secretariat in Brussels, is seeking a Contract Agent (FG III) for a one-year renewable appointment as a Budget and Finance Operational Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential administrative support—from organizing plenary and expert subgroup meetings (logistics, catering, invitations, document handling) to managing the Secretariat’s functional mailbox, coordinating translation and proofreading, formatting publications, and arranging travel for the Chair and Deputy Chairs. Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent English are essential; experience with EU IT tools and knowledge of French are advantageous. Applications are due by 21 September 2025 (Brussels time) at 23:00.
