The Innovative Health Initiative Joint Undertaking (IHI JU), based in Brussels, is currently seeking a Financial Assistant (Contract Agent, Function Group FG III) to join its Scientific and Operations Unit. The selected candidate will support the operational finance team throughout the full grant lifecycle—from grant agreement preparation to final closure and ex-post audits—performing tasks such as processing cost claims, reviewing financial reports for eligibility under grant agreement terms, and managing transactions and payments.

The contract runs for three years (with possible extension subject to performance and budget), offers a base gross monthly salary of €3 374.39 (FG III, grade 8, step 1) plus comprehensive allowances and benefits, and is based in Brussels. The application deadline is 27 August 2025 at 23:59 CET.
