The European Banking Authority (EBA) is recruiting a DORA Oversight Data Specialist (reference EBA DORA CA-53D-2026), an FG IV based in Paris which supports analytical work within the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) oversight framework by helping collect and integrate data, assess ICT third-party provider criticality, and develop dashboards and reports that inform oversight activities under the regulation. The three advantageous criteria for this post include proven experience in preparatory or implementation work of DORA and its related technical standards, experience in analyzing financial entities’ data reporting, and expertise in ICT audit and/or ICT supervision on top of the essential data-analysis and DORA-related skills expected. The deadline to apply is 9 March 2026 at 23:59 (Brussels time).
