Gender Representation: Women now comprise 52.7% of applicants, while non-binary and other gender identities account for 0.5%, reflecting EPSO's recognition of diverse gender identities.
Equal Opportunity Perception: Approximately 59% of respondents felt they had equal opportunities in their last competition, with LGBTQ+ candidates reporting similar experiences to their heterosexual peers.

🎞️ The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) is seeking a contract agent (Function Group III) for the role of Social Media Content Creator in Luxembourg. The position involves producing and distributing content for social media and audiovisual platforms, including creative writing, content adaptation, and daily publication management. Candidates should possess a higher education degree in communication or equivalent experience, proficiency in at least one EU language, and a good command of another EU language, with French and English being particularly valued. Applications must be submitted by 17:00 (Brussels time) on 24 October 2025.

🛬 The European Union's new Entry-Exit System (EES) for non-EU citizens, including British nationals, officially launched on October 12, 2025, with a phased rollout across participating countries over the next six months. The EES requires travelers to provide biometric data, such as fingerprints and facial scans, along with passport and travel information, aiming to enhance border security, streamline checks, and reduce queues. In Belgium, the system will be implemented at Brussels Airport, Charleroi Airport, and the Eurostar terminal at Brussels Midi train station, with full implementation expected by April 10, 2026
